Close to restaurants, entertainment and the business sectors. Simply take either Town or Broad Street East for a quick 5 minute drive to downtown Columbus. Situated in Franklinton, the property is a two story, side by side twin double (aka duplex). The adjacent unit is occupied by a tenant. Tenant will lodge upstairs in the newly renovated front bedroom and share access to the first floor of the home such as the living room, family room, kitchen, and bathroom. Tenant's room is furnished with a full-size bed, bedside dresser, dresser, desk, desk chair, full length mirror, TV, TV stand, ROKU adapter, smart plug, lamp, and window AC unit. The landlord occupies the middle and back bedrooms. Please remove shoes at the door and wear socks throughout the house. Please only eat in the kitchen to prevent food and drink spills on the carpet. At this time, tenant may not access the backyard/patio. Tenant can park their car on the street (no garage). There is ample street parking in front of the property. Please do not park in front of my neighbor's blue home. This is an energy-efficient property. I do not allow utilities to be wasted. I have smart plugs and a Wi-Fi thermostat to control costs. The smart plugs turn some lights on at dusk (no need to leave lights on all day long) and the smart plugs help me remotely control the AC window units. I set the wifi thermostat to an appropriate temperature when the home is vacant while you are away during the day. Exterior security cameras are on the premises. The front door is secured with a smart lock and a personal custom code will be provided to tenant. Tenant understands they are leasing a furnished bedroom and sharing unit 155 with the landlord. No smoking or pets. Utilities (electric, gas, water, Internet) are shared and paid monthly 50-50.
