Lovely quaint 2 bed 2 bath + sunroom home seated overlooking a spring fed lake. It has been a joy for us to live here, obvious by the sweat, love and money poured into the home. We’ve had deer venture by, and have seen an overall increase in the wildlife around us. The house itself has been newly painted, inside and out. There’s a new fridge in the kitchen and all appliances will be staying. The cabinets in the kitchen were brand new when we arrived, so they are only 3 years old now. The roof was also replaced newly before we had arrived. There is a cemented 3 car carport, a workshop as well as a shed, and a sunroom attached to the house. The back porch is very large and there is also a front porch as well. We’ve amended the soil here with 16 cubic yards of topsoil, and the entire yard is fitted with a sprinkling system so don’t worry about how you’ll get it watered!
