The property parks up to seven vehicles for you and your guests, including a small RV or boat gravel parking area. The kitchen and both bathrooms feature stunning dark quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a brand-new Maytag dishwasher, and a glass-top stove. The living room has recessed lighting and a mount for your television. The home is equipped with central heat (no pesky wall-mounted heaters) and a clothes washer and dryer. No smoking inside of any kind. Home is professionally cleaned between tenants. Home is equipped with an emergency generator that provides up to a week of back-up electricity for any emergency storm. We believe a home is meant to be lived in and hope to establish a respectful and thoughtful relationship with our tenants, where you know we are always available and reasonable. Feel free to hang your paintings on the wall and let us know if you'd like to make any cosmetic changes to fit your life better (painting, drywall anchors, installing outdoor equipment, etc.). Deposit of $3,400 refundable at move-out dependent on condition. No pet rent or "administration fees". Application Fee of $50 covers our cost for a background check. We love pets, and we know you do too. No "pet rent", no additional fees, and no breed restrictions. Please note, our insurance restricts us from allowing aquariums, exotic pets, or county-designated dangerous animals. For each pet, renter will provide a $200 fully refundable deposit, to be returned upon move-out if no additional damage is present. Renter is responsible for water, garbage, and internet. The home is equipped with solar panels, which provide enough electricity for the typical tenant to have no electric bill each month. Tenant is responsible for any additional usage to PSE. We do require renter to gain rental insurance. Renter is responsible for maintaining general outdoor appeal consistent with the city code (please mow the yard, and let us know if there is anything that needs professional attention). Lease is 12-months, renewable in 6, 12, or 18 month increments. Need to move early? If you cancel your lease in the first 6 months, the fee to terminate the lease is $4,500. After 6 months, if you provide at least sixty-day notice to us, the fee is one month's rent. Even better? If we decide to terminate the lease (for a legal reason under Washington-state law, like returning to reside in it or selling the property) we will provide you at least sixty-day notice and your last month's rent free (it just seems fair).
