We do require renter to gain rental insurance. Renter is responsible for maintaining general outdoor appeal consistent with the city code (please mow the yard, and let us know if there is anything that needs professional attention). Lease is 12-months, renewable in 6, 12, or 18 month increments. Need to move early? If you cancel your lease in the first 6 months, the fee to terminate the lease is $4,500. After 6 months, if you provide at least sixty-day notice to us, the fee is one month's rent. Even better? If we decide to terminate the lease (for a legal reason under Washington-state law, like returning to reside in it or selling the property) we will provide you at least sixty-day notice and your last month's rent free (it just seems fair).
