Nicely decorated in kitchen area, end tables and coffee table, ceiling fans, carpet is decent and we had put in new in 2021, painted nicely, towels, shower curtain, some cleaning supplies under sinks, antique dresser in master bedroom with double closets, nightstand and lamp in master, small desk with office chair Queen bed, Double bed in extra bedroom, window coverings are insulated and nice, dishes in kitchen, pots and pans. Couch and oversized chair in living room also. Small Smart TV. Close to town within walking distance to shops, eating and the Surprise Valley hospital and clinic. NOTE: I HAVE HAD A NUMBER OF INQUIRIES, UNLESS YOU FILL OUT THE APPLICATION, I WILL NOT PROVIDE A TOUR....I NEED TO KNOW DETAILS OF APPLICANT BEFORE I RENT TO ANYONE! This is a month-to-month rental. Owner pays water, renter pays electric and propane for heat. There are cadet wall heaters in each bedroom, living room has fireplace that is heated with propane and on a wall thermostat for control. Laundry room has two washers and two dryers for your use, you provide your own detergent, softeners etc. NOTE: This apartment is not suitable for small children due to it being an upstairs unit with a Balcony and close proximity to staircase.
