We are looking for someone to take over the lease for our apartment at International Village in Bloomington. The apartment is available on June 1st, and our current lease goes through the end of July. At that point, you would have the option to sign on for another year or to find another place to live. Great flexibility! This is a great apartment and a great complex. Our unit is located on the second floor and is a corner unit, meaning there are more windows than the normal units. I have uploaded pictures to demonstrate this. Also, you will notice that we painted one wall red, and that wall would remain painted. If you're not into white walls but don't want to actually paint yourself, this is perfect! The other photos demonstrate the layout of the rest of the apartment with a better camera than my phone. The apartment complex itself has great amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, indoor basketball court, a recreation room, outdoor grills, and much more!
