Located on the second floor, there is a set of stairs with a chair assist to help reach the second floor. The community provides a propane gas grill for your use, along with a patio area and a small sitting area near the seawall to watch dolphins, manatees, kayakers, and boaters. Lago Mar is a small 16-unit complex right across the street from Lowdermilk Beach. You can walk out the front door, cross Gulf Shore Blvd, and be sitting on the sand in no time. This property is about a 45-minute drive to the Fort Myers International Airport. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the Naples area. It is best to have a vehicle with you as Southwest Florida is a large area. Pets are not allowed. This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Allow 30 days for processing. This is a self-check-in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. Lago Mar has parking for one car on site.
