Proof of steady employment. Verification of income. RENTERS INSURANCE Renters insurance is required. Proof of renters insurance must be provided at the time of lease signing. Renters insurance must remain active for the entire duration of the lease. If renters insurance is canceled or allowed to lapse at any time during the lease, the security deposit will no longer be refundable, as permitted by the lease terms and applicable law. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE & INSPECTIONS Routine property maintenance inspections will be conducted during the tenancy with appropriate notice as required by law.
