All apartment homes include full size washer/dryer hook ups, private patio or balcony, large bathrooms, walk in closets, vaulted ceilings on top floor, breakfast bars, built in computer desks near dining area & 24 hour emergency maintenance. Fieldstone pays for sewer, trash & routine pest control. There is an added $30 water charge added to the monthly rent. Residents are responsible for electricity ( no gas because we are all electric).
