It is a basement unit with large living space and several storage closets. The bedroom features its own separate entrance for the apartment, eliminating the need to enter through common area. Please note the unit's bathroom is located just outside the unit's front door - think hostel style living, but you don't actually share the restroom. If you'd like to give it a spruce, I could happily provide the materials and design approval. Additionally, we are open to dropping the rent to $300 in exchange for property management of the 8 unit small Victorian style home building. Heat and electricity is covered by landlord.
