    NOTE- We made the decision to sell this house as it sits, rather than to cover anything with a fresh coat of paint. We want you to see what you are buying and know that for a few hundred in paint and a bit of sweat, you could have a very nice looking home! Whether a homeowner or investor, this is a solid buy! We have owned this home for 30 years as an investment property, but with my travels, it is time to sell! With todays house prices, it is in a neighborhood that is quickly transitioning to new homeowners. The bones are great and with a new roof, exterior paint, and vinyl windows, very little needs to be done outside! The original woodwork inside has the glamour of years gone by and since it has only been stained and finished, it is much easier to "bring back" than having to strip layers of paint. A driveway to the right side of the house gives you great off street parking. Here is the dollars and sense of it. If you have decent credit and can borrow it all, your payment would be around $325 for principal and interest, $100 for insurance, and $150 for property taxes. All rolled in one it would be about $575, so it would be hard to find any cheaper living! For those investors out there, here is a chance for positive cash flow from day 1!!! I would be available to show in the evenings, but please only serious buyers. This house will sell quick.
