We are the original owners and were heavily involved in the construction. This was a 4-bedroom plan that we changed to have 3 much larger bedrooms. In 2011, we installed a new high efficiency York HVAC system, new lifetime Timberline Ultra HD roof, all new rot-resistant exterior trim, and had the exterior repainted with top-of-the-line Sherwin Williams Duration paint. Neighborhood Description Applewood began development in 1992 and most houses were built during '93. By the end of '94 it was virtually complete. It has a HOA with annual dues of $40, and very reasonable covenants/restrictions. HOA leadership has historically been very open to updates to the covenants as long as the majority of homeowners agree to them; the regular meetings are very well attended. The neighborhood is quiet compared to most, the trees are becoming mature (most of them are nearing 18 years old).
