This has been a great home for the time we have been here. We are in process of moving out of state, to Alabama. We have been here two years and bought from the original owner. It is a rambler which is great-everything you need is on the first floor (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, laundry, pantry, living room). The basement features spacious cold , a large play/family room (so large we had a ping pong table, 2 couches and a futon in there). An additional bathroom and two bedrooms are there too. One of the bedrooms is quite large, bigger than the master bedroom, and easily would fit a queen and a twin bed. It was great for hosting guests. The yard is in good condition as is the deck. Upstairs was redone when we moved in 2 years ago (updated paint, cabinets, hardwood floor and carpet). The basement was finished 7 years ago by the previous owner and is in good condition. Other perks is close proximity to Dry Creek Park with playground, walking trails, and frisbee golf course, along with the creek to play in. We live on a quiet street with little through traffic. It’s fun and safe for the kids. Awesome caring neighbors as well, with friends for your kids. We prefer to sell by owner and have a real estate agent that has agreed to help with paperwork.
