Avalon is a gated community with parking space, gym, swimming pool in summer, amazon hub. It's a pet friendly complex. I have to leave VA due to my work. I have to break the lease. Otherwise, I wouldn't leave this place. The prices in our complex are lower than in the area. Walking distance to Harris Teeter (across the field), Whole Foods (the Boro). Wegmans is 5 min drive. One time amenity fee $500.
