Spacious apartment. Central Vero Beach. Recently painted. The only one with its own washer/dryer! Lots of storage. Ample room for two adults and one child-2 at a pinch. It is not expensive to live there. Electricity runs about $100 per month. There is lots of storage, both inside and outside (on the balcony). Parking is in assigned spots. If there is a second car, it will go into a guest spot. Downtown Vero is a short walk away-at least 15 restaurants! The buildings are well-constructed and are wind and watertight. I have a quarterly pest control service and a A/C servicing contract. It is recently painted and a new hot water tank has just been installed. The living room is large-20x12 and the master bedroom is about 15x15. My pictures don't do it justice
