What I have loved most about this property is the outdoor living. The covered patio spans the length of the home and became the heart of so many family gatherings. We spent countless evenings relaxing under the porch, enjoying morning coffee, hosting cookouts, and spending time with friends and family. Even during the winter months, we would sit outside under patio heaters and enjoy the peaceful setting. The backyard provided so much room for life to happen. The kids rode their bikes, we had a large swimming pool, planted gardens, camped out under the trees, and enjoyed beautiful views of the night sky. The privacy is something that is becoming harder and harder to find, with no front neighbors and no eastern neighbors. I also love the detached garage and workshop. Having a separate bathroom in the garage made outdoor gatherings and projects much more convenient, and the space offers so many possibilities for hobbies, storage, a workshop, guest quarters, or future expansion.
