We now have limited needs, so wish to either share with another party interested in office space, or with a couple that would be living in this Home as Housemate, and take over run of the house, kitchen et al. One room would be saved as Office for the Family (seldom used, & access with notice to the Housemate), with need for occassional "wine tastings" out on the Patio Decks.
