The Paulus House was built in 1892. It is an example of flood plain architecture with an above ground basement. Fred Paulus, Deputy State Treasurer for the State of Oregon, lived here his entire life. Neighborhood Description Our neighborhood is very quiet and has been improving every year since we've lived here. We have great neighbors who are all working at making their homes better. This is definitely a neighborhood on its way up.
