We have 18 Duplexes in a HOA with strict rules to insure a nice quiet environment for our tenants. Most of our tenants have been with us for over 9 yrs. Also each unit has an attached outside storage room.Tenant is responsible for water and electric and no pets allowed. These are the nicest and quietest Duplexes in the area. Unit is not furnished
