Cable TV, utilities and Wi-Fi are all included in this one month minimum property. Longer stays may be required in peak winter/spring season. Rates vary depending on season. House includes use of one side of the garage, a washer/dryer on main living level, an upgraded fully equipped kitchen and full beach access. There are no other renters on the property so your privacy is secured. Rates are $4,000 per month plus taxes for peak season with some negotiation for longer stays.
