House comes fully equipped with all necessary items for the kitchen along with linens, and towels. Three bedrooms (king, queen, and twin). Quiet country home for a grad student, professor, or professional. House is very well maintained. I use this as an Air BnB property where I am always complimented on the cleanliness! Owner pays for water, Internet, snow removal, and lawn care. Renter is responsible for electric and trash tags. Heat is electric in the home. Dogs considered on an individual basis.
