Very well lit apartment with actual windows (not just window wells). Living area with couch and TV, large desk with comfy chair, kitchenette with everything you will need including full size fridge, dining area, and separate bedroom and bathroom. Basement was built out in 2014 so everything is modern. Check it out on airbnb to read all of our 5 star reviews (with 5.0 star overall average). All utilities included: high speed internet, water, wastewater, trash, A/C, heat. There is also a gas fireplace in the unit. The new washer & dryer are up on the 1st floor, so is shared with the two people that live upstairs, but has never been an issue. This would be the only items you would have to share with others. After 1 month minimum stay, we are flexible to partial month durations as long as you give reasonable notice of wanting extra weeks (30 days notice).
