    House is sold as is. Kitchen has been remodeled and is in usable state but is still being renovated for eye appeal. Both bathrooms and been remodeled, master bath is still in progress, back rooms have both had new flooring put in that is tile, windows are all double pained and lifetime warranty expect master bath, kitchen and siding glass door.
