Your stay at Sunset on Ballycastle is complemented by full access to a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to create culinary masterpieces, a beautiful stone fireplace in the expansive living area, an elevated deck and an additional covered and screened-in dining area with sweeping views of the lake. The lower level is full of games and entertainment options with its own living kitchenette bar area. Enjoy the heated pool in the backyard, the upper level apartment with additional kitchen and living space, child-friendly amenities like a high-chair, Pack-N-Play, and dinnerware, a private dock for mooring your boat, two kayaks and life jackets, high-end toiletries, towels, beach towels and amenities, a fire pit by the lake with a sitting area, and a hot tub overlooking the lake. This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee. The fireplaces in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The boat lift at this dock is not accessible to renters, but boats can be tied to the side of the dock. The pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 to October 31 pool season. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
