Appliances included. No pets allowed, no smoking. Renter is responsible for water and electric. No pets or you will be evicted. no smoking or any illegal activities or you will be evicted. All people staying longer than 1 night must be on the lease or you will be evicted. The lease is strictly a years lease, if you break it there will be a fee to pay. If you are late there is a $40 late fee. If you have any maintenance problems call the office and we will get the right people to take care of it. You will get 2 designated parking spots and you can not park in someone else's spot or they have the right to tow your vehicle.
