    Older single-story, two bedroom home with one bath. Well maintained. Living room, dining room, kitchen, mudroom and pantry. Washer and dryer provided. Includes some outside storage. Includes flower boxes in front for you to use. Also, there is a garden spot, if you want to put in a garden. Has some nice native floral bushes and plants. Also has holly trees on the property, and you are welcome to use some to decorate with at Christmas. Beautiful views. Good neighbors. Nice, quiet neighborhood. A water meter may be installed during the lease period. However, until one is installed, water is included up to $40 per month (Currently bills at $100.00 between two houses). Washer and dryer provided. Electric baseboard heat. NO PETS preferred, but negotiable (single, well-trained dog or single kitty who does not spray/urinate outside of a litter box. There will be a 250.00 pet security deposit required. No smoking in the home. Carport covered parking. NOTE: Currently, there is no central air or heating. This home is older, and a small window AC unit is provided, and you are welcome to install others at your own expense. Again, the home has electric baseboard heat. NOTE: Photographs will be updated to reflect current color of walls in unit. The lease will also require that you keep the grass on the property cut and well maintained. A push mower and weed eater will be provided for your use. Rental is wired for Firefly Internet. Please contact them directly regarding setting up your service. AEP is the provider for your electricity. You will need to contact them to switch service over into your name. There is no trash collection service; however, the Shipman Collection Site is approximately a mile or so from the rental property. Two enclosed outside trash cans are provided for the rental. You will be required to keep the property clean and free from debris, etc. Professional References/proof of income required. Please do not use relatives as references. Must pass credit/background check. You and your spouse (if applicable) MUST have a clean criminal history. If you have felonies, please do not apply. If you have a credit rating of less than 650, or unpaid judgments, please do not apply. You must be able to show solid one-year employment with same employer. You will be required to provide check stubs for the last six (6) months. Professional single or married couple preferred. No unmarried couples will be considered. Only one child or two children (max) of same sex because there are only two bedrooms. We, as landlords, live literally next door. This is awesome in that if anything goes wrong, we can take care of and correct anything that needs fixing pretty quickly (and we do!). The flip side is that if you have behavioral issues or drama, we can also see that, so just don't apply. We won't put up with it. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU OBTAIN RENTER'S INSURANCE AS WE DO NOT COVER ANY LOSSES DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD.
