Also has holly trees on the property, and you are welcome to use some to decorate with at Christmas. Beautiful views. Good neighbors. Nice, quiet neighborhood. A water meter may be installed during the lease period. However, until one is installed, water is included up to $40 per month (Currently bills at $100.00 between two houses). You will be required to keep the property clean and free from debris, etc. Professional References/proof of income required. Please do not use relatives as references. Must pass credit/background check. You and your spouse (if applicable) MUST have a clean criminal history. If you have felonies, please do not apply. If you have a credit rating of less than 650, or unpaid judgments, please do not apply. You must be able to show solid one-year employment with same employer. You will be required to provide check stubs for the last six (6) months. Professional single or married couple preferred. No unmarried couples will be considered. Only one child or two children (max) of same sex because there are only two bedrooms. We, as landlords, live literally next door. This is awesome in that if anything goes wrong, we can take care of and correct anything that needs fixing pretty quickly (and we do!).
