There is a deck in the back with wood behind - very peaceful. It is 4 miles from downtown Cary. Super close to beltline. You have your own bathroom. Room has walk-in closet. I was going to cancel cable, but if want to split cost, I'll keep it. Internet access and Netflix is included. I work retail so my hours fluctuate. No guns, smoking, drugs, or alcohol allowed.
