First floor apartment. Hardwood floors throughout. Great location with easy assess to 9W north or south. All utilities included, water, heat and electric (except garbage.) Living room is 17.4 x 15.7. Two bedrooms, size 3 x 10 and 13 x 8.10. Kitchen eat-in area 17.4 x 7.3. NO PETS, sorry they've had dogs and cats and its been a bad experience. Please don't waste your time asking.
