A small dog is allowed but the following breeds are prohibited by my homeowners insurance policy: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pincher, Pit Bull, German Sheperd, Presa Casario, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrids, or any dog that is a mix that includes one of more of these breeds. No exceptions allowed. Smokers may smoke outside on the porch but never in the apartment interior. Candles are not allowed due to fire hazards. Everyone on the property is required by the City of Highlands to observe a quiet time after 10 pm until 8 am. Numerous social sitting areas are located throughout the property and are common for use by all residence. Decks, grills, outside fire pits and the beautiful stream in the backyard is for everyone's enjoyment. Tuesday evenings in the summer is a wine social hosted by the owner. Designated parking is provided. No illegal materials are ever allowed on the property at any time.
