There are original Hardwood Floors throughout the home, high ceilings and great natural sunlight. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 2-family. This bedroom shares a detached bathroom with another bedroom we rent in our home. While we prefer a single guest, this bedroom does accommodate 2 individuals and has an amazingly comfortable queen size bed. The bedroom has a ceiling fan, room heater, closet, dresser and work station. All utilities are included in the monthly rent and your bathroom and common spaces are cleaned periodically. Cleanliness is a priority in our home and we ask that guests do not wear shoes within the home. While we hope it would not be an issue, we are the owners of the home and are a gay couple.
