Looking for someone to take over current lease. The lease ends at the end of July of this year (7 months remaining). The apt complex is called Brandywine, located just off of 86th and Ditch. I have already paid the security deposit so all that is needed is $40 for the application fee. The application process includes: application, credit/criminal background check, pay-stubs ensuring 2.5x amount of rent monthly (approximately $1,600 income/month). If you end up getting approved and take over the lease, I am willing to pay half of the application fee. As of now it will be available January 1st, however if needed sooner it may be available sooner. The apartment is very clean, safe, and convenient to everything you need!
