512 square feet studio apartment with separate entrance from the main house. Full kitchen with full-size fridge, private full bathroom, and large walk-in closet. The only thing shared is the washer and dryer which are located right outside of your apartment door and shared with the couple who rent the other apartment. The house is a basically a triplex (3 separate living quarters). I own the home and live on the ground floor with my long time girlfriend. Another couple lives in a 2-bedroom apartment above us (across the hall from the studio apartment). This is the perfect situation for a single person looking for somewhere safe, affordable, and away from busy apartment complexes with faceless corporate ownership. It's a very quiet, comfortable place to live. Move in date is flexible but the apartment is available 9/5/25. Rent is $1,200 per month plus a flat $200 for utilities. Utilities included are power, water, gas, WiFi, and trash service. Security deposit equal to one month's rent is also due before move-in. Must have clean background (ie. no criminal or eviction history) and verifiable employment. In general, no pets allowed, but I'd be willing to discuss one well-behaved, litter box trained cat. No smoking inside.
