There is easy access to a bus route to downtown Schenectady, Union College, Rivers Casino, GE, Knolls, and Ellis Hospital. The home is within 30 minutes of Albany or Saratoga and about two-plus hours from the Adirondacks (Lake Placid). It is also close to the Mohawk River bike path, parks, and the town pool. Second-Floor Private Space:The second floor includes a large, sun-filled 12x17 bedroom with wall-to-wall carpet and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. There is space for a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and air fryer, along with a large closet and built-in dressers. The stairway, located right by the front door, has a door at the bottom, giving you added privacy and essentially your own floor. You will also have access to shared kitchen, a washer and dryer in the basement, as well as off-street parking for one car in the driveway. There is a study and attic space on the same floor may be available for additional monthly rent if you're interested in more space.
