We\'ve partnered with \"Know Your Guest\" (Superhog) the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. - Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest and you will be receiving a message and/or email from (Know Your Guest aka Superhog). - You will then be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit $150 or a damage waiver of $20. - In compliance to City and State regulations and to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood we do NOT allow any large gatherings or Parties. (Any unauthorized/unregistered vehicles or guests equates to immediate eviction with no refund of stay and complete banning from booking channel where they completed reservation. (see house rules for more information) - User of Security Cameras, Noise aware sensors and valid neighbor noise complaints can be used against the booking individual and will lead to immediate eviction with NO REFUND and would be banned from Channel where booking was made. -4 out of the 5 bedrooms have Roku Smart TVs -Each family room has a Smart TV -Outdoor TV - We have provided ROKU applications that are Free You may log into all the other streaming services on your own (Hulu , Netflix Disney plus ,etc. ) If you need Live TV for a game please let us know and we will make sure to accommodate your request. - Guest MUST answer all pre-booking questions (even on instant booking) to make sure it\'s a good fit as well as to help us prepare for your stay. - Guest MUST provide a matching driver license ID (if profile has zero reviews, bad reviews, is local, and/or one night stay). - A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically; however, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it. We personally like to go here and the exchange of a tank is about $14. Firewood for the fire pit falls under the same guidelines. - USE OF POOL: The property is not staffed. The guest is responsible for their own safety. Owners and management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Note : Pool & Spa area are NOT heated - The city is very strict on this and if you have any other unauthorized persons, over max occupancy or more than 3 cars you are subject to forfeit your entire reservation. - Cars may only be parked in the actual driveway. 3 CARS maximum.
