The contract would be for a portion of the rent (as priced below), but to abide by Pleasant Grove city law, the contract is a joint contract between all tenants. The room has a private bath and the listed price is before utilities. The following furniture is included with the room as follows: - The black desk and desk chair -The two mattress pictured within The room features two full closets with built-in shelves and dressers, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a window view that overlooks Utah Lake as well. There is a roommate currently living in the upstairs northwest bedroom and two roommates living in the basement. The house and landlords are queer-affirming. Priority will go first to individuals who can take either room before the end of May 2025, and then to individuals who can move in before the end of June 2025. There is an option to renew the lease at the end of July, and pricing could change depending on individuals who move out, move in, or remain. A portion of the deposit could be covered by the current renter's deposit, but it is still recommended to have a deposit. Tours are available from the current renter Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at any time, Wednesday and Friday before 3:30 PM, and weekends if needed on a 1on1 basis. Tours can be performed short notice, but requests for a tour should have at least 24 hrs notice. The garage is currently used to house landlord's belongings, but there will be available space to tenants to store some of their belongings. Interested tenants would move in and take on two months of a lease (July and June of 2025). They have the option to renew in August, and the division of the lease will depend on who remains, who moves out, and who moves in.
