More pasture will be available during summer time. There is no covered parking. School district for Elementary is Pretty Water school, High School can be Sapulpa, Sand Springs, or Berryhill. $850 per month all bills paid except phone, cable and internet. All bills paid except phone, cable, and internet. Deposit is refundable if 30 day notice is given. Lease 6 months or 1 year.
