We take care of our units, and are looking for the right tenant who will care for our property like we do. We expect our tenants to tell us immediately if there is an issue so we can take care it promptly. The complete building is Non-smoking. The entry to the building is on Madison Ave where you walk upstairs to the second floor with 3 other quiet tenants. You enter your home into your living room with hard wood floors, picture windows, and walk-in closet. Down a short hallway to your bedroom on your left: Window for fresh air, spacious closet. The bedroom sports a little open door which probably was used for a phone to be accessible from both the bedroom and kitchen. (See picture) At the end of the hallway is your kitchen with warm neutral beiges. There is a built-in kitchen table with benches that look out a window as you sip your morning coffee. Plenty of cabinets for kitchen storage. Attached to the kitchen is the bathroom with a skylight giving immense natural light. But, there's more... In the back of the building, there is a pleasant porch to chill on. Included with your unit is a parking spot in a secured garage with your unique passcode, individual remote and lighting that turns on via a motion detector. Laundry is also included. Your unique passcode allows you entry into the laundry room. Washer and dryer are FREE for tenants. The location is easy walk to great eats/shops/city park as well as easy access to the highway. PET FRIENDLY BUILDING: Friendly and responsible pets are welcome for additional pet fee/security. One year lease, one month security.
