This is a steal of a deal. Our current lease includes a student discount. The rent for our apartment is normally $648/month + utilities but with the discount it is only $613/month + utilities. The discounted rate would apply until the end of the lease which is September 16. Our apartment is currently scheduled to have new cabinets and countertops the end of May. They have also discussed replacing the linoleum in the apartment as well. We're right next to I-215 and I-15 and downtown Salt Lake is just 20 minutes away. For the price and the amenities we ve found this was the best deal not to mention the student discount we receive every month.
