The complex gets its name because it is adjacent to Pioneer Park, one of several public parks in the area that align with the river; and we like call this unit "Boaty and Soul" because you're also a 2 minute walk from the edge of the Deschutes River. There's a convenient trail along the river, and if you appreciate a cool water feature, you'll be happy to check out the irrigation dam with a fish ladder. You also have two separate patio areas connected to the condo, and the owners provide a grill for you to barbecue your steaks or tofu burgers to your heart's delight!
