There is a screened-in porch upstairs with a swing & ceiling fan, perfect for receiving and entertaining company with a great view of the 135-year-old historic main house including the pool, tiki hut, & palm trees. This is a quiet, quaint, & safe historic carriage house, perfect for those that like hardwood floors in an historic part of town. 12 month lease. Month to month thereafter. 2 month's rent of $2400 ($1200 refundable deposit & $1200 first month's rent) is due at lease signing. Appliances are listed in the description. The washer & dryer were left behind by previous renter. Maintenance & repair on those are the responsibility of the new renter. They will be discarded otherwise. There is a $350 nonrefundable deposit for a dog. Cats are $250, nonrefundable. One pet max, no exceptions.
