I live here as a tenant and just got on Zillow after the owner threatened to “pull up on” me The owner, Mike Holliman, is a slum lord, and barely maintains the building. I was threatened after telling him that all his other tenants plan on moving, and that if he wants to attract new renters he’ll need to fix the washing machine. Please, if you’re reading this, stay away, look somewhere else.
