This cabin is located behind a larger house on the property that family uses only occasionally. It's your private, hidden getaway. ~20 minutes to Nederland, Eldora, or Black Hawk ~45 minutes to Boulder or Golden ~ Well water and internet service included ~ Tenant agrees to pay 25% of the monthly gas bill; there is a single meter for both buildings on the property. ~ Tenant responsible for electricity costs ~ Trash and recycling must be taken to county transfer stations; there is no local pick-up, and may not be stored outdoors due to bear activity in the area. ~ There is no mailbox for this cabin. Tenants will need a P.O. Box or other mailing address. ~ Tenant is responsible for snow removal on paths/steps to the cabin and laundry area.
