Once your application is approved, we will notify you as soon as the homes are set so you may bring the deposit ($850) to reserve the home of your choice. Move-in date is schedule for June 1, 2017. Trash service means each home has a trash cart and recycle cart ($24/mo) Patrol provided by White Falcon Security ($9/month) Water, gas, and electric are billed by the office of Palm Drive Mobile Estates and are sub-metered for your convenience. We require a one year lease. Approved applicants have a minimum and verifiable household income of $2,450/month.
