There is a shared kitchen and living space LOCATION: Makiki/Tantalus (Near Punahou School) It is about a 5-10 min drive to UH, Waikiki, Ala Moana. It is also right next to the H1. ABOUT THE PLACE: 1 year lease, $1133 a month (including water/electric). WiFi not included, but would be about $16 a month. One month deposit needed. The bedroom would be unfurnished. The living room and bedroom have AC units! You'd share a bathroom with one roommate. ROOMMATE FIT: My roommate and I are both in our mid-20s and work full time.
