Very nice historical apartment on the top floor 1rst ave. 157 e. (A street) with amazing views of Wasatch mountains cathedral Salt Lake valley and east view of downtown Mormon temple and out to the great salt lake antelope island! Hardwood floors walk in closet in master with full bathroom ceiling fans. We have the main bedroom and our child has the smaller room that has lots of cabinets for hanging clothes and built in shelving. The kitchen has lots of cabinets and is spacious for cooking etc. It's very peaceful here and the balcony is relaxing. Our son is noisy and we hardly ever hear the neighbors it is built very well. It is walking distance to so many places City Creek Mall Harmon's Memory Grove Smiths on sixth avenue downtown etc. The rent is 1040 plus utilities water trash gas electric and a renters insurance of 11 a month through the coveys partners but you can use your own if you choose.
