Must have solid proof of income, W-2s, Tax Forms, etc. Also, good rental history, cannot owe a Landlord money or have eviction judgment against you. NO PETS *Please feel free to drive by before calling, we will not meet with anyone until they have driven through the park.* Leave a voicemail and calls will be returned within 24 hours. The rent includes trash pickup and all lawn maintenance. Renter responsible for electric and water through LUB.
