We are the current tenants listing the apartment as we are moving into a bigger unit to accommodate two new additions to our family. We have lived in the apartment for nearly three years and have loved living here. The building was originally designed as condominiums the finishing are high-end with appliances that are better than you'll find in most rental buildings. The best part is the large, private outdoor terrace overlooking Bedford Avenue. It is east-facing and in the sun most of the day (usually until 4pm or so). It's shielded from the wind, so it is particularly useful even in the spring and fall. We had an annual marathon party as terrace overlooks the NYC marathon route. The apartment is on the top floor. There also is a communal roof deck with Manhattan views. The building staff is great and responsive to issues as they arise. The management company prefers to have a new tenant sign a new lease. They are currently offering a one-month free incentive for a net lease price of $3,662 per month.
