Univ. (40 min. by foot, 15 min. by bike). Recent upgrades: Hardwood floors throughout (except for new carpeting in master and guest BR, family room), plantation blinds and bunkbeds for the kids. Large furnished deck with gas grill, fenced-in backyard, veggie and/or herb garden, wood-burning fireplace insert with wood supplied. The house sports solar power and an on-demand water heater, central air conditioning (not a swamp cooler). Home owner is not on site. Owner DOES NOT PAY for Internet, gas, electric, domestic water, trash removal, lawn-watering and lawn and home maintenance. These are covered in the lease amount. No smoking allowed. Important: if you have a small dog, because there are new (and expensive) carpets at the property, we must engage an additional month's security deposit to safeguard against pet damage. You have your own carport and there's space for off-the-road guest parking (no RVs or trailers, please). Minimum rental term: 1 month.
