As you can see from the images, it's a really nice place, in an incredible location, with ocean views from the spacious living room as well as the private balcony and dining area. Kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven & stove, and dishwasher. An in-unit washer and dryer are available as well. The courtyard has a grill as well as tables for entertaining guests. Rental price includes assigned parking. Crescent Bay Beach is one of the prettiest there is, and only steps away. A great spot for snorkeling & paddleboarding. I also have 2 paddleboards. It's a great spot to catch bioluminescence in the waves at night. Crescent Bay Point Park provides breathtaking 270-degree views. A common spot for wedding proposals and photo shoots, but more importantly, the best sunset views around as Catalina sits majestically ahead. While away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, It's still close enough to walk there, as well as to Pavilions and other local eating spots. Just a few streets up the hill is a trailhead which begins about 22 miles of hiking trails to explore. A 5-minute drive to Crystal Cove, Mastro's, Javier's, Trader Joe's, etc. All outdoor pictures are within a block walking distance Rent: $1900 + utilities (gas, electricity, water, and fiber internet - usually around $100) Please include a social media profile and tell me a little about yourself.
