This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets, but pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. The location? Unbeatable. Gower Street is a thoroughfare in the community. Many fabulous boutiques, bars, restaurants, salons and grocery stores are located along this bustling street. Noise from Gower Street can be heard in the home. Many careful upgrades and renovations have taken place here, however noise still travels throughout this historic location. The age of the building allows noise to travel easily between neighboring units. We do our best to mitigate disturbances and thus ask kindly to notify us immediately of any noise-related disturbances. Be aware that in a large city like Los Angeles, you may encounter transient individuals outdoors. The washer and dryer at this property are shared. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. We work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce. We strongly advise guests to deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. A laptop computer is not included.
