Comes with washer and dryer and has its own separate electric meter. This property is within 5 min of the I-10 freeway for easy access. We have a putting green , horseshoe pit, small workout room and fresh eggs. Our property can also accommodate and board several horses with a fenced arena, horse stalls, automatic watering station and horse feeder with shade. We are looking for a non-smoking single individual tenant..(40+ preferred).. that is quiet and responsible and is respectful of our property. We can offer a 6 month leased contract then go month to month after that as well. Our place is private, gated and secure and is our desert oasis home away from all the city lights and drama.
